Orders & Bulk Purchases
All orders placed with MJ GLOBAL ENTERPRISE are subject to approval. Once you place an order, we will send you a quotation or proforma invoice for confirmation.
Your order will only be considered confirmed after we receive the agreed deposit payment and our team officially approves the order. We also reserve the right to decline any order if necessary.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Since we mainly deal in wholesale and bulk supply, some products have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirement.
The MOQ may vary depending on the product type and order size. In some cases, we may allow smaller trial or sample orders based on business needs and mutual agreement..
Pricing Policy
All prices provided by MJ GLOBAL ENTERPRISE are usually exclusive of shipping costs, taxes, customs duties, or additional charges unless clearly stated otherwise.
Prices may change from time to time due to market conditions, currency exchange rates, or supplier costs. However, once an order is confirmed and payment is received, the agreed price will remain fixed for that order.
Payment Terms
To begin processing an order or reserve stock, we generally require a 30% advance payment.The remaining 70% balance must be paid before shipment or dispatch.
Payments are accepted through bank transfer (T/T) and, for larger orders, Letter of Credit (L/C) may also be accepted. Delays in payment may affect delivery timelines.
Shipping & Delivery
We always try to deliver orders on time, but delivery schedules are estimates and may sometimes change.
MJ GLOBAL ENTERPRISE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, shipping companies, weather conditions, or unexpected situations beyond our control.Ownership and shipping responsibility will follow the agreed shipping terms (Incoterms) between both parties.
Returns, Damages & Product Issues
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect goods, please inform us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Once reviewed, approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, credit adjustment, or refund depending on the situation.
